Merch-Central.com accepts all major credit/debit cards via our secure payment system. Transactions will show as Imanez Ltd on your credit/debit card statement.

Delivery Policy

We aim to fully deliver all customer orders within 5 days of receipt of payment, however during busier periods some orders may take up to 7 working days. Should there be a difficulty in achieving the above, we will e-mail you as soon as we find out.

Postage & packaging is charged at 2.50 for orders to the UK & 4.00 to orders overseas.

Returns Policy

Your right to change your mind
If you would like to return an item, we offer a 14 day return period policy, which starts on the day the item was recieved.
You will need to contact us for a Returns Authorisation code enabling us to identity the returned item and your original order. All items must be returned unused, resaleable condition in their original packaging. Postage costs are non refundable unless there is a fault with your item.

Wrong item received
Although it is rare, we occasionally make mistakes. If you have received the wrong item in error, please contact us for a Returns Authorisation code enabling us to identify the returned item and your original order and we will rectify to problem as soon as possible.
To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day the item was recieved.

Damaged/faulty items
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please retain the packaging it arrived in and contact us so we can arrange for the item to be returned & replaced.

Our Returns Policy on faulty items does not affect your statutory rights.

Item not received
Although it is vary rare, from time to time items do go missing in the post. We aim to deliver all items within 7 days of purchase (UK), however sometimes, items can take up to a few weeks to arrive. Items that will not fit through a letterbox occasionally get returned to your local sort office without a card being put through your door. If you have been waiting more than 10 working days, please check with your local sort office to ensure this is not the case prior to contacting us with regard to a lost item.
